Capo Daniel provides feedback from the May 2022 Cambodia Peace Workshop

Comrade Capo Daniel was dispatched abroad by the AGovC around the middle of May 2022 to attend a peace workshop in Cambodia. Here are some feedback he presented to us based on the interview questions.

  1. Why was the AGovC invited? Which other stakeholders attended?
  2. Do the organizers of this conference really know and understand our liberation journey?
  3. Has the outcome of this conference tilted the policy positions of the AGovC in the final phases of the liberation of Ambazonia?
  4. What are some of the risks in engaging a peace process with your opponents with little of no fire power on the ground?
  5. How is the Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies (CPCS) different from the Swiss Process?
  6. The CPCS claim on their website that their approach is anchored on the principles of demand-driven interventions that addresses the requirements of the stakeholders and the underlying causes of the conflict. Was La Republique represented at the conference or was there any enabler or black leg representing La Republique as a stakeholder in the Ambazonia Liberation?
  7. When you look at the communique published on May 18th 2022 from the Secretary General of the Ambazonia Governing Council, you will notice another organization that was present at this conference. Mediators Beyond Borders. Who are they?
